Join the Afdent team and work with a forward-thinking organization.
We aim to attract top talent to become a part of our practice.

Let’s face it, most people are afraid to go to the dentist for one reason or another. Perhaps they’ve experienced a lot of pain with previous dentists, they felt shamed by the staff, or they felt that their dentist cared less about solving their problems and more about taking their money. At Afdent, we take pride in tearing down the walls that are built up as a result of negative dental experiences that keep patients from receiving the care they deserve. We have a 99.6% patient satisfaction rating and our employee’s work hard on a daily basis to ensure that Dr. Allen’s mission of “Patient Friendly Dentistry” is carried out with each patient that walks through our doors. Dr. Allen has owned and operated Afdent for over 27 years and he and his staff continue to provide the highest quality dental care.

Are you driven by helping others and have a passion for dentistry? If the answer is yes, then you are in the right place. Our salary and benefits packages are among the best in the industry as we aim to attract top talent to become a part of our large family practice.
