Dr. Grant Cleveland is a 2007 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry where he earned the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award.  He is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honors Society, the Indiana Dental Association, and the ADA.

After Spending a year as an associate in private practice in Northwest Indiana to gain experience, Dr. Cleveland Joined the Afdent Family Dental team in February of 2008.  He is very impressed by the professional courtesy and ability of the entire staff and is proud to be a member of this elite group practice.

Dr. Cleveland and wife, Jaci, relocated to the Michiana area in the fall of 2008.  They look forward to raising their daughter, Graci, with the same Midwest values their families instilled in them.

Dr. Cleveland truly looks forward to helping all of his patients enjoy their dental experience and achieve optimal oral health with a  beautiful smile.
