Dr. Dziak is a 1977 graduate of Loyola Dental School. He maintained a private practice in Chicago, Illinois for 28 years focusing on crowns, bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. In 1995 he moved to the Northwest Indiana area and in 2004 he made the decision to locate a dental practice closer to his home.

In October of 2005, he joined Dr. Pecina at Afdent Dental Services in Mishawaka. Dr. Dziak is in complete agreement with the practice’s philosophy of putting the patient first. He is also very impressed by the friendly and professional clinical and office staff at Afdent.

Dr. Dziak is married and is the proud father of two lovely daughters. He lives in Long Beach, Indiana and gives back to the community as a volunteer fireman and medical first responder. He also enjoys outdoor activities, bicycling and travel with his family.
